Abstract
Today, the traditional reasons to refuse any form of reward to the disposal of organs or human tissues are hardly resisting the criticisms that come from the medical and bioethical world. The arguments used by the Anglophone world in favour of the market affect our culture of donation considering new forms of incentives. The essay proposes a critical itinerary that, starting from the denunciation of a legal system schizophrenia between profit supporters and advocates of gratuitousness, discusses the ethical sustainability of incentives to the disposal of human organs and tissues.File in questo prodotto:
