The present article deals with some theoretical issues concerning human and A.I. bias. Algorithm is supposed to be a means to prevent biased/not objective decisions. Nevertheless, on the daily basis we experience that human interaction (and even its irrationality) must always occur in determining a judicial decision. This very “irrationality” sometimes avoids and sometimes provides justice.
