Abstract
The article offers a synthesis of the role played by the state and its institutions in Spain in terms of gun control policies, civilian disarmament policies and its participation in dynamics of «selective rearmament» of the population throughout the period 1868-1936. This analysis allows us to examine, among others, the impact of state policies on the escalation of acts of violence and terrorism in the pre-war years and those that followed the Great War and took place throughout the inter-war period.File in questo prodotto:
