Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revealed its huge potential impact on man-agement practices in recent years, with numerous opportunities and challeng-es for organizations across all sectors. Several researchers have underlined the impacts of AI on HRM practices in various contexts. However, under-standing AI's impact on HRM practices is still unclear. To shed light on this research gap, this study carried out a systematic literature review, and a number of practices and sub-practices have been identified. Adopting AI in these practices offers various opportunities, such as efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and objectivity. However, several scholars raised ethical and moral concerns as one of the main barriers to integrating AI into HRM practices. Moving from this evidence, this review offers several theoretical and practical contributions. Theoretically, it broadens the understanding of how AI is impacting HRM practices. In addition, this study provides interest-ing insights for practitioners to leverage AI opportunities and mitigate the challenges associated with AI's moral and ethical use in HRM practices. The literature review also offers useful directions for future research.

Abstract
The literature review also offers useful directions for future research.Pubblicazioni consigliate
