This article analyzes how activity analysis can serve as a lever for situated training for professionals working in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly in the context of organizational change. Based on an intervention-research methodology integrated with professional didactics, the authors show how professionals can develop through the analysis of their own activity in context, enhancing transversal skills related to change management, cooperation, and innovation. Work thus becomes a space for active professionalization, where reflection on real activity enables the transformation of practices while consolidating action-based knowledge. The study illustrates how work, when recognized and supported as a training ground, fosters in-situ learning and contributes to the reconfiguration of professional roles in evolving industrial contexts.
